The offices of Management Criteria are located in the palace "Spinola dei Marmi", built for Giacomo Spinola between 1445 and 1459; is one of 42 historic buildings enrolled in Rolli of Genoa and from 13 July 2006 became a World Heritage Site of Unesco.
